I spent 496 dollars on a 6 by 9 foot rug that was essentially pile-free. I'd previously bought a comparable rug elsewhere for 96 dollars that I was trying to replace with this one. The company misrepresented the quality big time. Then they charged me extra for stain treatment, and when I tried to get reimbursed for that charge given the product's false advertising, they refused. The customer service is terrible. Don't purchase from them. Look at other reviews and you'll see the pattern. Avoid this place.
