Steer clear of this company. I ordered a rug marketed as having a quarter inch pile, but it arrived completely flat with virtually no pile at all. It was hands down the worst rug I've ever owned. I spent 496 dollars on a 6 by 9 foot rug that was essentially pile-free. I'd previously bought a comparable rug elsewhere for 96 dollars that I was trying to replace with this one. The company misrepresented the quality big time. Then they charged me extra for stain treatment, and when I tried to get reimbursed for that charge given the product's false advertising, they refused. The customer service is terrible. Don't purchase from them. Look at other reviews and you'll see the pattern. Avoid this place.

Really let down by the rug quality I received. The hassle of returning it didn't seem worth it so I kept it instead. The overall experience was frustrating due to faded coloring, rough and scratchy texture in the wool, and poor construction throughout.

When I got a quote from that store for a larger rug, I compared it to RugStudio's pricing, and the physical store was over a hundred dollars higher. I'm placing an order with RugStudio right now. Their shipping also seems pretty fast, which is something I really need.
