Bought something a while back and needed an official receipt for my records. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times but haven't gotten the documentation I need. This kind of poor communication and lack of follow-through is really frustrating. Hopefully they'll step up their customer support game soon.

Ordered at the end of November and two months later on February 1st, still nothing. My order keeps saying unfulfilled. I've reached out to customer service at least five times and every time they give me the same excuse about volume and tell me to wait 10 to 15 more business days. That's ridiculous. I asked for my money back and still got the runaround. This has been hands down the worst online shopping experience of my life and I'm never ordering from them again.

Placed my order right before the holidays and got to New Year's Day without receiving anything. Still no package and no real explanation for what's going on. They even had the nerve to ask me to review something I never got. Not coming back here.

Can't believe the shipping situation here. Ordered mid-November and by mid-December nothing had shown up. This is just not acceptable. If something's out of stock, don't list it for sale. I'm done shopping with this company.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Black Friday order from late November and by December 8th still nothing in my hands. Two whole weeks and it's still sitting in processing. Multiple emails and calls didn't help. When I tried calling, nobody even answered. Can't even cancel the thing. Should've just gone to the actual store. This whole experience has been terrible and I won't be ordering online from them again.

Wish I'd paid closer attention to their shipping policy before ordering. If I'd known the processing alone takes 10 to 15 business days, I would've gone somewhere else. Placed my order over the weekend and almost two weeks later it's still being processed. Their customer service email basically just repeated what's already on the site. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Read their policy carefully before buying.

The Rosemary Mint shampoo and conditioner set absolutely destroyed my hair. My relaxed hair was smooth before washing, but once I used their shampoo it felt rough and coated. The conditioner didn't help either. After rinsing everything out, my hair was knotted up, matted, and completely dry. I had to practically tear through it with a comb, fighting tangles the whole way. I had no choice but to cut it all off. I was so close to my hair goal too. All these glowing reviews online don't match what actually happened to my hair. Honestly furious about it.

Reached out to their customer service because my order never arrived and I had proof. Instead of actually looking at what I sent them, they got defensive and blamed me for the problem. The rep didn't even bother reading my email before telling me what happened. Really disappointed. Plus I found out this brand is now owned by a big corporate company, not independently run anymore, which explains why the service feels cold and robotic now.

Done with them. Been waiting a month for my stuff and still counting. Emailed their support and got nothing but excuses. First they said one item was out of stock and threw me a five dollar credit. Two weeks pass, they tell me everything's shipping that day. Surprise, it doesn't. Two weeks after that I'm supposedly short five dollars and change on an order I already paid in full for. Will never do business with them again.

Total scam operation. My items never arrived and all I get from them is robot responses. Can't get any real help or my money back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Has anyone gotten a response from Mielle Organics? I ordered, never got my stuff, never got my money back, and good luck trying to actually speak with someone. I'm convinced this company is operating as a scam.

Never got my Type 4 collection box or the other stuff I ordered in early June. Dealing with Mielle has been an absolute nightmare. Would've just grabbed it at Walmart or Target if I'd known. Their system says fulfilled but nothing was actually delivered. No products, no refund. Unreal. Someone promised the refund would come in 3 to 5 days and now we're at two weeks with nothing. Update: finally got a shipment but the detangling comb was missing. They closed my ticket so I guess I'm not getting that either. They should tell customers when something won't ship instead of lying. Customer service is basically nonexistent here. Shop at Target or CVS for these products, just get them in person instead of hassling with their website.

Even one star is too generous for what happened. A month passed between my purchase and today with nothing to show for it. My money went through but the order status never moved from unfulfilled. They've also removed the chat feature from their website entirely and when you call corporate they just send you back to the website. They won't cancel or refund, blaming it on a recent big sale. A whole month is completely unacceptable. Updates keep coming from them pretending they chatted with me online which never happened. This operation is a scam. Check out the other reviews and you'll see this happens all the time. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.
