Got two pairs during Black Friday sale and the wrong shoes showed up. Customer service said not only would the correct shoes miss Christmas, they'd already sold out anyway. Also, the box says Vietnam but the website says American company, yet when you call they claim Canada. On top of that I have to return the wrong order at the post office and still don't have what I actually bought for Christmas. Awful experience and first and last time ordering from them. Customer service basically said there's nothing they can do. Too bad for me apparently.

Bought a pair of micro mukluks and got a confirmation email saying the order was in the warehouse. They charged my card right away. A week passed with zero tracking updates through their app, which honestly is pretty terrible. Three weeks in I emailed worried about my order since nothing had shipped. They said it was being worked on with a slight delay. A month later they finally said it shipped. Then the next day I got a cancellation email because their website inventory didn't match their actual warehouse stock. Called about my refund and they said accounting needs two days then another week for the refund to hit my card. This company is a mess. Never ordering again and can't recommend them to anyone. Super unprofessional and departments don't even communicate.

Worst time ever dealing with this company. Paid a lot for boots and they use the cheapest shipping method that gives you basically no visibility into where your package is. Never ordering from them again.

Got a pair of mittens for winter and the tag inside said made in China. I thought I was supporting a native company but turns out I was just helping China instead.

These run small and started falling apart at the heel within a couple wears. When I contacted customer service, they basically told me to fix it myself. I'm not interested in supporting them anymore, especially since they moved production overseas and bumped up their prices.

Really let down that this wasn't made in Canada but rather Vietnam. Also disappointed by the product itself since it turned out to be embroidered when the listing focused more on beading and the designer aspect. That's on me for not reading more carefully. Wanted to support an indigenous owned company but this is my last purchase with them.

Ordered their pack boots and received the wrong size immediately. Their return portal wouldn't recognize my order number, so I emailed customer service. They never sent a return label despite me asking six different times! All I got back was some excuse about a strike. I really wanted those tall wrap boots in size 9 but honestly I'm questioning if I even want to buy from this company anymore. My feet are still waiting for warmth!

Got the Tamarack boots years ago and purchased another pair recently. The newer ones lack waterproofing like the original pair. Quality has seriously declined. They ditched the Vibram soles and stopped stitching them properly onto the boot. The wheat design isn't as detailed anymore and the boots sit lower. These have never actually been very warm, so I had to add an alpaca footbed for warmth. Plus they're slippery. It's disappointing when a brand cuts corners after building a solid reputation. Made in Vietnam now too, which is frustrating. Definitely done shopping with them.

I've bought tons of Manitobah boots over the years and was happy with them until recently. My latest order experience was absolutely terrible with their customer service. Honestly, you'd be better off shopping elsewhere. Their support is pretty awful.

This was my third purchase of their tipi moccasins. The chemical odor was incredibly strong and I had to leave them outside. Super disappointing. I notified the company and they said they'd look into it. Months have gone by and they still stink way too much to wear on my feet. Not ordering from them again. It's a shame because I genuinely loved this style of moccasin.

Quality and attention to detail have dropped way off lately. I went overboard two months ago and ordered seven pairs of shoes. Every single one had something wrong with it. Not going to list everything but they actually sent me two different sizes for one pair, like size 8 and size 10 when I ordered a 10. Called them and had to wait days just for a paid return label. After I shipped them back they told me they're out of stock in my size. Been waiting on a refund but nothing yet. Super careless. Yes the boots look beautiful but the actual quality is terrible. One pair had a chip in the suede and a dent in the sole. Some moccasins arrived with stitching that wasn't even connected. I could go on but I just needed to vent. Skip this company. Quality is just not there anymore! Plus I've had five pairs of their waterproof boots that leave your feet soaked and freezing right out of the box. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

This product is not made in Canada like the website claims. It's already coming apart after only two weeks of wearing. Overpriced for something made cheaply overseas. Won't be back.

Really felt misled by Manitobah. I'd been wanting mukluks forever and got them as a birthday gift. Then I discovered they're not even made in Canada. Wish I'd done my homework first. I was caught up in wanting them so badly. Won't be recommending them to anyone.

Super disappointed. Like lots of people, I thought we were getting Canadian made products. Turns out the moccasin slippers came from Vietnam and the toque is from China. Haven't used them yet since they're gifts so can't speak to quality. The reviews are right. Really disappointed overall.
