Got my refund from Motoin after submitting another request. I do appreciate that they eventually made it right.

Wasn't totally convinced at first, partly from reading unfavorable comments around the web. Decided to give them a shot since that particular Nolan model in that color was unavailable everywhere else in Europe with comparable pricing. Next day dispatch, arrived couple days later. Really blown away by how quick it all happened and pleased I chose them.

Had my doubts about this place, especially seeing negative feedback online. But I took a chance because I couldn't find that specific Nolan model anywhere else in Europe at that price. They shipped next day and it arrived two days later. Super impressed with the turnaround and happy I went with them.

Awful company with zero customer care. Had items listed as in stock with 3-5 day delivery, still showing that way now. After pushing back multiple times, they finally said items couldn't be sent. I emailed twice with complaints and got nowhere. Motoin.de took the money and debited my account. I'm stuck with no product and no refund, plus they ignore follow-up requests or just keep directing me to the same unhelpful email. They even had the nerve to send me some manufacturer screenshot that meant nothing. I'm the customer of Motoin.de, not the gear maker. Looks like intentional bad business practices to me. Really considering formal complaints. Reliability and quality? Total joke. Details: order number referenced in my account.

Wish I'd checked the reviews before. They advertise fast shipping but nothing shows up, getting money back is a hassle. Communication is problematic, they say they'll get back to you but don't. Still waiting to hear back on my case.

Terrible company, steer clear. Awful support that takes forever to respond to emails and won't give you updates on orders. Compared to Amazon, Deryan, and FCMoto, they hide import fees that aren't part of the displayed price. Three weeks in I finally saw a dispatch notice with a surprise 49 pound customs bill from the carrier, making it more expensive than UK retailers. They're selling in the UK but don't bother being transparent about total costs. Should clearly state taxes aren't included in advertised prices instead of burying it in the fine print. Won't be coming back.

Ordered on March 19th based on their advertised 3-5 business day shipping window. By March 28th, my status switched to Delayed with a new delivery estimate of April 17th, 2025. Meanwhile, the same product listing still shows 3-5 day availability. Really frustrating to see them keep that promise on the site when clearly they can't deliver on it.
