They refunded based on the Japanese yen amount, not what I originally paid in my currency, so I lost money on the exchange. Then I reordered the same items and nothing arrived after waiting almost 2 months. I tried reaching out through their app with zero response. This place is genuinely terrible.

This is a complete scam operation. They get people to put money in and then refuse to send withdrawals back. This whole thing is a ripoff with no legitimacy. Don't let them fool you. Stay far away from this scheme. They're just deceiving everyone involved.

The DOKODEMO app is a complete scam. I've requested withdrawals twice and never got paid. They basically stole the hard earned cash from their members. There's no customer support phone line. Nobody should put any money into DOKODEMO.

I can't withdraw my money no matter how many times I try, nothing happens. I've lost a significant amount of rupees and strongly advise nobody to invest their cash here.

This is a scam site. I made an account and completed the tasks. Once I hit $100 in earnings, I tried to withdraw and never saw the money. They then deactivated my account with zero explanation even though they'd said my withdrawal would go through.

Watch out with this company. They took my payment for my order but then said one of my items was unavailable. I contacted them repeatedly over a month and a half before canceling the whole thing. What really got me is they refunded based on the yen exchange rate at the time, not what I actually paid in dollars, so I ended up losing about $11. Why would they even sell things they don't have and charge you first? I'm never using them again.

Haven't run into the issues other people mention. Things have gone smoothly so far. No surprise customs charges and costs are actually lower than similar sites. My items came nicely packaged. Automatic refunds. When currency conversion problems forced me to cancel my order twice, the refunds came through quickly and without hassle. 4. Incredibly affordable pricing. 5. Individual item shipping charges help you stay under your country's customs threshold if you're trying to avoid extra fees. The problems: 1. Terrible mobile experience. The app and mobile site are constantly glitchy. Mobile users can't access tracking info (possibly a technical thing). 2. Missing live chat. 3. You're responsible for customs expenses yourself.

Be really careful buying multiple items here because the customs costs you'll end up paying are crazy. Plus items come from different sellers so you might get charged customs multiple times (happened to me twice). For Asian skincare products, check out Yes Style instead. Yeah, DOKODEMO shows cheaper prices up front, but with YS what you see at checkout is the final price, and they'll refund any customs charges. Obviously if you can only find what you need at DOKODEMO at least you know the products are genuine. But when you add up delivery at £26 and £40 in customs for a few face creams and sunscreen? Not worth it at all. Oh and their emails are super annoying too.

The website is really easy to use, shipping to Germany was surprisingly quick, and their customer help was solid. I honestly can't find anything to gripe about and would absolutely recommend this to others.
