This feedback has nothing to do with my therapist, who I genuinely care about working with. I'm dropping a star, though honestly it should be a half point if available. Given how big Zoom and Teams are, I'm surprised the platform doesn't support screen sharing during sessions. That would be a valuable addition. Also, the file sharing limitation is frustrating. I understand blocking risky files, but surely image formats like jpg, png, or gif would be okay. Outside of the direct video connection, there's way more friction than there needs to be in what should feel like a smooth, supportive experience.
