Seriously impressed with this company's customer service. My XL pupsicle got stuck and I couldn't get it unstuck no matter what I tried. I shot them an email asking what I could do and they sent me a completely new pupsicle with an updated design. Now the top unscrews perfectly and I can get my Pupsicle Pops in there with no problem. My dog's happy, I'm happy, and honestly this is the best customer service I've ever gotten. If you're dealing with a stuck pupsicle, just reach out to them. They responded fast, redesigned the product, and their team was absolutely incredible.

The Bite N Brush gets maybe 2 stars on its own, but the company's customer service deserves 5. I picked up two of these chews for my dogs at a local store. My older Vizsla snapped one in half just 15 minutes after getting it. The store refused to swap it out, but Woof did. They're sending a replacement chew no questions asked. The product might need stronger material to hold up to serious chewers, so I probably won't buy it again for my pack. That said, I was really impressed with how the company stepped up and will definitely give their other products a shot.

Love the chew toy and the treats my dog gets from it. But here's the problem: they've been hitting my card every single month for a subscription I never created. I've sent email after email with zero replies. When I try to set up an account on the site it won't go through. The phone number that's supposed to be available just rings busy. Got the Bite and Brush product and it falls apart way too easily. My dogs ended up swallowing pieces and both threw up afterward. They were biting chunks off it, which was honestly scary. On top of that, Woof kept auto-charging me for subscription items I never even ordered. Took three separate emails before they would finally stop the charges.

Our dog chewed right through the pupsicycle in about an hour. The return process is annoying and requires you to pay for shipping back on top of everything else. Not worth the trouble. Don't bother with this one.

Absolutely the worst dog product I've bought. My golden has a big tongue and struggles to reach the treats inside. The screw mechanism is a nightmare to open without lubrication, and even then it's frustrating. I end up taking the whole thing apart just so my pup can lick what's left stuck in there. Think the treat holder is maybe too small for the actual ball part. Would definitely skip this one.

This product is a total waste of money. My 12 pound dog destroyed it in minutes and it did absolutely nothing for her teeth. Then on top of that they hit you with a handling fee just to send the defective thing back. Skip it and save yourself the frustration and cash.

I bought one month of joint supplements for my dog and somehow they buried a monthly subscription for a significant amount in the ordering process without my consent. They've already charged me multiple times without my authorization. Steer clear of this outfit. They're running a con and will gladly take your money.

I'm trying to be fair about this, but here's what happened: I had an auto-ship subscription going for months. When I finally decided to cancel, things got ugly fast. I got a cancellation confirmation email, but then two more packages showed up in the mail a week later totaling over 50 bucks. I obviously emailed them right away. Their response was that they never got my cancellation request, which I find hard to believe. I tried calling to actually speak with someone but couldn't get through. We went back and forth for weeks about them sending me a prepaid return label. Then they said they won't take back unopened packages, which didn't even make sense. I eventually told them off in an email saying they clearly need money more than their customers. Skip the auto-ship option entirely. They'll take advantage of you and plenty of other people have experienced the exact same thing.

Really shady business tactics here. There's one confusing option early in checkout that silently turns a regular order into a subscription, and they call it auto-ship instead. When you're looking at a product, you see the add to cart button right away. The auto-ship and one-time options don't show up for like 5 seconds. If you're not paying attention and click add to cart first, you get taken through the whole checkout process without ever seeing anything about recurring charges. That's how they sneak a subscription on you. To cancel, you have to click through at least 3 different screens that keep trying to convince you to stay. The actual products are good, but these practices are pretty messed up.

Our French Bulldog has this ridiculously long tongue and spends a ton of time in his crate during work and school hours. The large Woof pupsicle loaded with beef pops keeps him totally engaged and happy while we're away. The treats don't mess with his sensitive stomach and they last through some serious licking sessions. We'll definitely be ordering refills again and again.

My pup absolutely loves his pupsicle and the treats. He stays busy with it longer than normal treats and his stomach handles it fine. Fantastic product and I'd recommend it without hesitation.
