I invested in one of their cleaning units over a year ago, which isn't cheap. The brand wasn't well known to me at the time but seemed like a solid choice based on reviews. After just over a year of minimal use, it started losing function. The battery drains rapidly and the unit only covers a couple of rooms before needing another charge. When I reached out to customer service through email, they stopped responding after dismissing the issue. For a unit costing over six hundred dollars, saying these things just happen isn't acceptable. I expected much better longevity for the price. I'm now considering switching to a different brand when this one fully fails. I'm disappointed with how this worked out.

They claim their products are compatible with Google, but that's not the case at all. Image quality was also disappointing when I tested it in bright conditions. Returning the item required me to pay for shipping, which was frustrating. I should have bought through Amazon instead where the price would have been the same and returns are free.

I had my doubts about an automated floor cleaner, but I'm totally sold now. My large space gets completely vacuumed and mopped at the touch of a button. I come back to spotless floors and the dirty water tank shows just how much dirt it picks up.

I prefer ordering directly from manufacturers. Before purchasing, I do thorough research. Once I'm confident about a product, I'd rather support the original company than some mega retailer owned by wealthy investors. The Eufy site was easy to navigate and checking out was straightforward.
