Ordered half a dozen insulated mugs across two different sizes and they function great. The issue was that the website didn't make it obvious that left-handed lids cost extra. Since I'm left-handed and needed two for myself, I ended up paying way more than expected and had to place a whole separate order just for the left-handed tops. To make matters worse, I requested removal from their mailing list and they keep sending me promotional emails anyway. Really frustrated with how they handle this.

This company has gone downhill completely, from the way it's managed to the leadership making decisions. Just not worth dealing with anymore.

Spent a week trying to complete an online purchase. Customer service assured me three separate times that they fixed the problem. I followed their recommendations, did what their tech team suggested, rebooted equipment multiple times, cleared my cache, switched browsers, removed coupon codes, split up my items, and still couldn't finish checking out. When I asked if I could place the order by phone instead, they refused because one item had a name personalization on it. I asked the manager if they could make an exception given their website wasn't functioning, but they said no. So their system is broken and they won't help you work around it. That's not how you should operate a business.

White 110 quart coolers are going for around $120 to $140, but I bought a couple of tan ones for each of my sons at $170 a piece, shipping to Arizona and Utah separately. Both arrived white instead of tan. After multiple attempts to get their attention, I finally got a message saying they'd make it right, but then nothing happened. I posted negative feedback on the marketplace, the seller, and directly to RTIC for shipping the wrong color from their warehouse. The frustrating part is I could have just bought the white model for way less money.
