Purchased 2 maternity bralettes that fell apart after just a few weeks and customer service wouldn't help because they said there's no warranty anymore. Then I grabbed a swimsuit and it offered basically zero support. The bralettes are solid but the swimwear is honestly terrible. Mine was from a sale so I'm stuck with it and can't return it. They lost my business.
Terrible experience! Used to order from them when everything was in Italy but didn't realize stuff was coming from the US now. Been waiting for over 3 weeks and they keep telling me to hold tight. Won't be ordering again.
The sizing ran small for me so I had to send the item back using DHL. Got my money back just 3 business days after returning it, which made the whole experience actually pretty smooth. Despite the positive return process, I probably won't order again because the fit issue is a real problem.

They mentioned some customs problem in May and basically said wait it out, which feels lazy. They claim hassle-free returns but that's absolutely not what happened here. It's their job to deal with customs, not mine. The item cleared customs in April but they never processed my return or got my money back to me. This is my last purchase from them. Contacting my bank to file a complaint.

Two major issues here. Bought two bras in the same size and cup, cost me about 95 euros each, but one fit way bigger than the other. Since I'm not in Europe, return shipping to Italy would run 20 to 30 pounds. They said sorry, no return label available because they don't cover those expenses. So if you want to exchange a 20 euro piece, you're paying extra 20 to do it. Customer service doesn't match what they charge. Then they just quit responding to my messages. It's disappointing and I feel mistreated as their customer.

Really wish I'd checked reviews before buying. The bra quality is alright but the fit just isn't right for me. What's unclear before you make a purchase is that sending things back to Italy costs you money. Their customer service interactions are rough and kind of rude. Please don't send a standard reply asking me to call. I already tried and it was useless. Would not recommend if you live in the UK unless you're absolutely positive about sizing. They did respond to my review and issued a refund, but insisted it was a one time deal. They cleared up that returns from the UK aren't free now since we left the EU. So I'd still say pass on ordering from the UK if you're not completely certain of your size.
