Skip the Samsonite Ecodiver if you value your dignity at the airport. This duffle bag won't stand up properly to save its life. Every time you move forward in line it tips over face-first onto the ground. Leave it sitting anywhere, and it's going down. I picked the white one too, so everyone got a front row seat to my problems. After the first incident I called customer service and they just brushed me off, claiming I packed it wrong. There's clearly a design flaw they won't own up to. Fast forward to my Thailand trip a month later, and this thing was a nightmare. Four weeks of constant travel, and no matter how I packed it, the bag would fall flat every single day at every stop. Don't even attempt to attach the backpack to the duffle's handle like they say you can because you'll be picking that mess up off the floor constantly.

Big disappointment here. I bought a Samsonite suitcase and was told it would arrive in 2 to 5 days. I needed it by September 2nd for my niece's trip and the tracking showed it would land on that exact date. But it never showed up. This company isn't reliable and shouldn't even be operating if they can't keep their word.

Absolutely terrible customer service here. Don't bother buying from Samsonite unless you're okay with your luggage breaking down super quickly. Their solution? They'll offer you a 30% discount on a replacement suitcase after you've already lost confidence in their brand. Good luck getting a manager on the phone either because they're never available and will supposedly contact you in a day or two. This company is garbage and I'm done spending my money on their cheap products. Seriously, shop elsewhere!
