The device won't connect via bluetooth and CDs are constantly skipping around track two, plus the playback jumps all over the place on other songs. I've sent multiple emails asking about returns and haven't gotten a single response back. This thing cost me $280 and doesn't even work right. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company.
This company is a complete joke. I bought something that turned out to be defective, they promised to send my refund, and I'm still waiting. I've tried contacting them through their website too but nothing's happening. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these folks.
Purchased a roof rack over a month ago and still haven't received it. I've reached out to them half a dozen times via email and barely got one response. At this point I'm pretty convinced I got ripped off. Going to contact my credit card company to reverse the transaction. Stay away from this place.
Found a product on their site that I really needed for my work vehicle so I ordered it. Three weeks go by and nothing shows up. When I finally reached out after the delivery date passed, they told me I could request a refund if I didn't want to keep waiting. That wasn't what I agreed to at all. I looked into the tracking and USPS never even got the package from them. These people have zero professionalism, they were rude, and they couldn't get a product they don't even stock to me on time. They also gave me false delivery dates at least twice. Now they say they'll refund me, but I've already lost a whole month. This is unacceptable and not how a real business operates.
