Shoppers are divided in their assessments of Knott's Berry Farm. Positive reviewers highlight the park's distinctive character, particularly its ghost town and boardwalk atmosphere, and praise specific attractions like the Timber Mountain Log Ride. These visitors describe the experience as excellent and express strong intentions to return.
Negative feedback centers on value and wait times. One reviewer with season passes reported waiting more than two and a half hours for major rides despite arriving at noon, characterizing this as a poor return on investment given premium pricing. This shopper felt the combination of high costs and long waits made the visit feel like a poor value for a family outing.

Sorted by: Most recentAbsolutely the Best Park Around! Seriously considering a trip? You've got to go! It's my top choice for amusement parks, with Dollywood coming in second. The whole park has this awesome ghost town and boardwalk vibe that really transports you. My personal top picks are these: 1. Timber Mountain Log Ride is incredible. You get this awesome experience like you're in an old-time log camp from way back. Two amazing drops including one that happens in the dark, plus another at the finish. The theming makes it thrilling yet somehow relaxing too. 2. Silver Bullet is fantastic. Fast coaster, big drop, what more could you want? 3. Ghost Rider is this wooden coaster where you're going crazy fast and could legitimately feel your neck snap, which adds to the excitement. Super cool when you ride it at night. 4. Hang Time is wild. Ever want to be 150 feet in the air looking straight down after a vertical launch, then get sent flying down a silky smooth track? Must try it. Food-wise, get yourself some funnel cake, trust me! The Boysenberry Festival offerings are fantastic with your pass. Timing matters too. Visit right when school breaks start again like late summer or early fall, or during January through mid-March. Definitely check the crowd predictions before booking.
Absolutely ridiculous. Spent a considerable amount on seven season passes and showed up around noon. By 1:30 we'd only managed to experience a single attraction. Charging premium prices while forcing guests to wait two and a half hours or longer for major rides feels like a complete rip-off. The whole family, including our daughter and three grandkids, left feeling let down. Knotts needs to fix this situation immediately. Paying customers deserve better treatment. I've consulted with a legal professional who believes this crosses into fraudulent territory. Charging money for something you can barely access in any reasonable amount of time is unacceptable. The wait time screenshots tell a pretty grim story.
