This company won't respond to customers. I bought something that turned out to be cheap plastic garbage. I tried using the return form on their website, but it didn't work, so I sent them two emails instead. Neither one got a reply. I've seen other people say the same thing and wish they'd read the reviews first, and now I'm in the same boat. I'm not giving up hope yet, but I'm not feeling too optimistic either.

Star Trek shop promised my poster would arrive before Christmas, and I ordered it in mid-December. The shipping label didn't even get created until after Christmas, and that only happened because I complained. This is unacceptable. Don't buy from them unless you're completely okay with slow delivery and a company that doesn't care about its customers.

Don't buy anything from here. This whole operation is a scam and your order probably won't show up. They won't reply to messages. The only thing you can do is call your credit card company and dispute the charge, and you might want to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with consumer protection too.

Don't waste your money here. I placed an order and waited a full week without getting any confirmation it was shipping. When I finally reached out, crickets. After another seven days with zero communication, I tried again. By week three with still no response, I had to file a payment dispute to get my money back. Even after that, it took the shop nearly two more weeks to bother replying to me. All told, forty days passed before they actually got back to me, just to say they were swamped with orders and the item was sold out anyway. This whole experience was a complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache and buy your Star Trek gear somewhere that actually knows how to run a business.

I got a defective item and sent them multiple emails about it. Still waiting to hear back from them. Their customer service is absolutely awful.

I should've checked the reviews first before placing an order here. Turns out customer support doesn't really exist at this company. I accidentally placed an order and contacted them within minutes, but they immediately said it was already being processed with no way to stop it. I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge, which worked, but it's absurd that they won't let you cancel orders under any circumstances.

I got a Bluetooth communicator badge for my grandson back in early December since he really wanted one for Christmas. Here we are in mid-January, more than a month since I placed the order, and it still hasn't shown up. Every time I contact customer service, they tell me it's on the way, but the tracking shows it just sitting at a distribution center. I've asked them to look into it multiple times, but they keep saying to just be patient. I'm done with this company.

The quality is terrible, the prices are way too high, and shipping takes forever. I ordered what I thought was a knit sweater but got a hideous polyester monstrosity with crooked seams instead. Everything about this place is bad. Don't shop here.

This product turned out to be completely different from what was described. I bought what was supposed to be a real jacket but got a cheap polyester zip-up with a printed design slapped on it for ninety dollars. When I asked for my money back, they ghosted me. I had to escalate it with my credit card company and report the fraudulent transaction myself. Stay away from this place. They're selling junk and lying about what it is.

The checkout process doesn't have a proper shipping address confirmation screen, so my order got sent to an old address in another state. I noticed the mistake right away, within two minutes of placing it, and contacted them immediately. The package was still days away from being shipped, but they refused to cancel it or update the address. They just told me to deal with the shipping company instead. Everything is automated with zero customer service options, so I couldn't do anything but watch it get shipped to the wrong place and disappear. Terrible system, terrible support. Skip this company.
