I contacted them asking for a simple exchange, and they shot me down based on their policy. I was ready to place another order, but this was my first and last time buying from them.
I've been waiting 5 months for just two small items. Today I finally got an email saying I'm getting a refund. Then I got a second email about a refund for something I never even ordered. When I checked the website, neither of the items I actually purchased are even listed there anymore. Really disappointed with how this turned out and I won't be shopping here again.
Despite all the negative reviews on here, I decided to give them a shot and ordered a Dunny. Getting it shipped from the States to the UK took only 9 days after I placed my order, and it arrived wrapped up beautifully in perfect condition.
I ordered multiple things that were pre-order. Once they shipped, it looks like they either went to the wrong address or got delivered somewhere else. I let them know what happened and now they're ignoring my emails. Looks like I'll have to contact my bank to sort this out. If you're thinking about pre-ordering from them, my advice is to just wait until things are actually in stock.
They responded quickly and with genuine understanding of my problem. As an apology for me losing a bunch of points due to my confusion about how their rewards program works, they offered me bonus points to make up for it. I didn't expect to get everything back, so getting anything was a nice gesture. Great experience overall.

Don't ever order from this company unless you enjoy waiting over a year to get damaged, low-quality items that a school art class could make better.
