Spent over an hour trying to complete a purchase and walked away empty-handed because their system kept failing. It's pretty disappointing when a major retailer can't process a basic credit card sale. Makes you question what the word "Advance" even means in their company name.
I went up to someone working there to ask for directions. The guy was dismissive and spoke to me in a sarcastic tone, pointing toward the back of the store like he couldn't be bothered. I found what I needed back there, but when I brought it up to pay, it was the same rude employee. He was just as unpleasant checking me out as he'd been when I walked in. I stayed calm even though his attitude really got under my skin. I'm done with that location and won't be going back.
