Sorted by: Most recentMy family member ordered cheese sticks from this location and they came out with what looked like mold growing on the bottom. It took forever, literally two hours, just to track down someone in management. When we finally got an answer, they claimed it wasn't actually mold but rather discoloration from a pan that hadn't been cleaned properly. Since my family member used to be employed there, they refused to remake the order or give us our money back. We decided to escalate things and contacted corporate to see if they could help. Their response was that franchise locations have the freedom to make their own decisions about complaints like this. We also spoke directly with the store owner, who basically told us that since my family member used to work there, we shouldn't expect the same service as regular customers and that we shouldn't complain anyway because the food had been baked at such a high temperature it should be fine to eat.
