Total waste of time with this company. I ordered in the afternoon and went for free shipping. They claimed it was delivered the next morning at 10am to someone I've never heard of. Never got my stuff. Calling them is pointless because you get stuck in a loop and can't actually talk to anyone real. When you email them back, you get the same generic response every single time that doesn't help at all.

Their customer service basically doesn't exist. You call and get trapped in a phone loop saying you're up next in line, but after waiting more than 10 minutes you just have to leave a voicemail. I had an issue with what was sent to me and needed an exchange, but there was zero help getting that resolved.
