I haven't had a single disappointment with anything I've purchased. Shipping to my area costs quite a bit, but the quality makes it worthwhile.

My family got me into these products about a year back, and now my daughter and mom are hooked too. The quality is fantastic - beautiful journals, washi tape, and matching stickers that all coordinate nicely. I've purchased several subscription boxes and even had them combine two separate orders for me so I could avoid extra shipping fees. YouTubers frequently post about the new releases with discount codes that help bring costs down. While items do tend to sell out quickly because they're so popular, the company does bring products back in stock periodically, so you get second chances to buy what you missed.

I ordered their clear glitter notebook covers and waited weeks for them to arrive even though I paid for shipping. When they finally showed up, none of them fit properly. I have a huge collection of journals and these covers didn't work with any of them. I contacted the company three separate times and never got a response. I'd really like to support a smaller business, but with customer service this nonexistent, I can't bring myself to order from them again.

The stock situation here is really frustrating. You basically have to pre-pay months in advance just to secure items, which feels like an unusual business model. It's incredibly stressful too because if you're not checking the second new releases drop, everything sells out immediately. Seventy dollars in shipping and customs on a forty dollar item is ridiculous when their competitors ship to the same place for way less. This feels like you're getting overcharged. Companies need to figure this out.

I've ordered bullet journals from this company multiple times. The team is genuinely friendly and willing to help, but there are some real problems with how they ship and pack orders. Each journal comes in its own beautiful shrink-wrapped box, which is great for gifting and storage. However, here's where things fall apart: they basically don't use any cushioning inside the shipping boxes. No bubble wrap, no air pillows, nothing. Since shipping carriers throw boxes around without much care, the result is almost always dinged corners and creases. I will say that the company is super responsive and tries to fix problems when you reach out. They even sent me replacements when I complained. But it's annoying that such an easy fix keeps happening.

These are hands down the finest journals I've used in years. The paper quality is exceptional, especially for watercolor work, since it doesn't wrinkle up the way cheaper paper does and pens won't bleed through to the back. The paper itself is bright white with subtle dots that look great with colored illustrations and really makes them pop compared to the yellowish pages of other brands. My last notebook had 192 pages, which is perfect for me to fit the front matter and all 12 monthly spreads without needing to split things across two books. The construction is solid, pages lay completely flat which is crucial for drawing straight lines, and they include practical features like two ribbon markers, a back pocket, a band closure, and a built-in pen loop. The design options are gorgeous yet understated. Honestly, these deliver everything I want without making compromises. Sure, you can spend less on other notebooks, but the quality difference justifies the higher price. I'm completely satisfied with these.
