Very unhappy with their customer support. Our package showed as delivered but never arrived. When we contacted them, they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for a carrier investigation. They mentioned we'd get the original order shipped if the carrier takes responsibility, but that's a long wait for a holiday gift. The whole situation and how they handled it was really disappointing. If this doesn't get resolved, I'm shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely outrageous postage rates. They wanted $236 to ship a couple of wrestling figures and a small ring to another country, which is completely unreasonable. They couldn't even justify the charge when I asked. Cancelled the whole order. Their loss.

One star. Bought an action figure as a birthday gift for my mom who loves wrestling. After I placed the order they contacted me asking me to send them pictures of my debit card and ID because they thought the transaction was fraud. For a $28 purchase? That's completely ridiculous. Too bad because their product selection looks solid, but I'm done giving them my business.

Got my order pretty fast, but when it showed up the collectible was damaged. The shipping box looked fine on the outside, so it definitely got packed wrong at the warehouse without any protective materials. Since I collect these to keep sealed and get autographed, this ruined item isn't worth keeping in the box anymore. Really let down by this.

Avoid this place completely. Ordered a WWE set for over $300 and it came incomplete with a missing piece.
