First, an automated bot said they couldn't help since it was final sale. When I asked for an actual person, the rep told me the same thing and suggested I just give it to charity. This made no sense since I hadn't even received the item yet and was trying to fix it before they shipped it out. The company showed zero interest in helping and was honestly pretty dismissive, which is crazy considering how much I paid for their stuff. I'm done shopping with them and would warn others away from this brand. What really got me was they refused to help with an item that wasn't actually marked final sale, saying once something is purchased "there's nothing we can do," even though it hadn't been packed yet. They seemed determined to keep me from talking to anyone who might actually have the power to fix things. Very let down by the whole situation.
