What Shoppers Say About Allpowers
Allpowers products are rated 1.7 out of 5 by 18 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. The most consistent complaints center on product reliability issues, including units that fail within months of normal use, rapid battery drain, and random shutdowns. Equally problematic is customer service and warranty support; multiple reviewers report that Allpowers refuses to honor warranty claims, provides slow or nonexistent communication, and fails to process refunds even after products are returned. Some customers also report receiving used or defective units and encountering misleading inventory information on the company's website.
A small minority of shoppers (17 percent) gave positive ratings, though even limited positive feedback is absent from recent reviews. The overwhelming consensus among reviewers is to avoid the brand entirely, with customers citing better alternatives available elsewhere. Common pain points include unresponsive support teams, poor communication during the warranty process, and a perceived failure to stand behind advertised guarantees like money-back protection.

Sorted by: Most recentGot this new power station and it doesn't work at all. Allpowers won't help since I bought it from a third-party seller, not directly from them. Honestly, it's just sitting here like a brick. Don't waste your money on this brand - check out the ratings and you'll see why. There are much better options out there.
Bought an Allpowers power station and it quit working after just a few months of normal use. Started shutting off randomly without any warning, which really worried me about fire safety. Had to send it back immediately. I returned it under warranty since it was clearly defective, but now Allpowers has had it for months and won't give me a refund or send it back. I requested a refund under consumer protection laws, but nothing has happened. The company is based in China and doesn't have real Australian support channels or phone numbers to call. As an Australian customer, I got no help when their product failed early, and they're still holding my device. Australians really need to think twice before buying from this company.
This thing drains way too fast and their support team is useless. I'd steer clear of this company - they claim to have a money-back guarantee but they definitely don't stand behind it.
The R600 runs okay when it's working properly, but dealing with their warranty has been a complete letdown. The unit died and Allpowers basically ignored the warranty coverage. Their communication was terrible too. I reported a battery problem on 12/01/26 and the seller suggested some charging fixes. On 13/01/26, that didn't work so I followed up. From 14 to 18/01/26, I kept asking for where to send it for repairs but never got an answer. They never gave me a repair location or proper assistance. Bottom line: the product itself is decent, but if something goes wrong don't count on their warranty or support. I wouldn't suggest it because of how bad the after-sales service is.
I'm really let down by my experience with the Allpowers EU website. I specifically ordered an Allpowers R2500 because it clearly said 'In Stock' with delivery promised in 5 to 7 business days. With the energy crisis in Ukraine, getting it quickly was crucial to me. I paid right away, but a few days later they told me it was actually out of stock and would take weeks. That's straight-up misleading, and it violates EU consumer protection rules about false advertising. Rather than fixing it, offering a discount, or prioritizing my order, they just refunded me without asking. That's not how you treat customers. They basically use 'In Stock' labels as bait to get your money, then cancel when they can't deliver. Don't count on their stock status if you need something urgently. Their customer service and marketing tactics are really poor.
The unit I got was used and the battery is terrible. At full charge it only lasts 5 hours running at 35W. Pretty disappointing.
Skip Allpowers entirely. The only thing they got right was auto-replying to my emails the same day, but everything else was a disaster. Delivery was incredibly slow and communication was basically nonexistent. No clue about actual product quality since I haven't even gotten a refund yet. Be warned that you'll get charged an international fee too since they're processing payments from overseas. I ordered on the 3rd of November and by the 18th it still hadn't shown up. Their tracking never updated on the site, and when I checked the courier's info separately, nothing changed after the 7th. I contacted customer service and they just kept saying it was on its way. What a joke.
Really upset about this situation. Allpowers sold me an R2500 replacement less than 6 months ago because the USB-C ports quit working on my previous unit. I bought a B1000 expansion battery on March 25 specifically because the Allpowers website said it expands the R2500 capacity. I contacted their support and also reached out through their Amazon seller account yesterday. Now they're saying the B1000 doesn't actually work with the R2500 and they're asking their team to fix their websites and support info. Yet they're still selling an R2500-B1000combo package. They offered me a $50 credit but I want a full refund since the B1000 is basically useless by itself. Allpowers stopped replying to my messages. I wish I'd tested it right after buying, but I saw YouTube videos showing them working together and I own multiple other brand power stations that I rotate regularly. I would've done a credit card chargeback already and might still do that, plus contact consumer protection agencies. I sent emails asking why they're selling an expansion battery that doesn't work with their main product.
Had random shutdowns on my R600 unit even when the battery showed 30 or 40 percent. Emailed their support desk since calling wasn't an option and they asked me to record the problem happening. I explained that was impossible since the failures are random and unpredictable unless I'd be filming nonstop. They sent back the exact same message again. Third attempt at explaining, same robotic response. It was like talking to an automated system. I'm stuck with a faulty R600 that's technically under warranty but unreliable and could die at any moment. Renogy and Bluetti both have actual customer service teams. This whole thing has been a waste of money and time. Stay away from Allpowers.
Picked up the AP-SS-007-UK power station about a year and a half ago when reviews were stronger. When a solar charging issue popped up, I got nervous since there are a bunch of complaints online about their support. But I gotta say they really came through for me. They got back to me super fast, asked for a picture and details about the problem, and then shipped out a replacement unit as soon as they got my defective one back. Had my new one in just 6 days after we started talking. Allpowers totally delivered here.
