Called multiple times expecting to hear back from someone, but got nothing but the standard "an agent will contact you soon" message. Never actually got that callback. Emailed too and all I got was an automated response, nothing after that. I believe the company itself is probably legitimate, but wow, the customer service department is basically absent.
Really frustrated with how deceptive this company operates. They constantly advertise that you can cancel your subscription whenever you want, but that's clearly not true. I've sent numerous emails requesting to cancel and they've all been ignored. There's no cancellation button anywhere on the site, and good luck getting anyone to actually help you. I've had to contact my credit card company to file complaints because they won't stop charging me. This place operates without any integrity. Seriously, stay away from ordering here unless you want to keep getting charged month after month.
