After 9 months of barely using it, the whole thing started falling apart. The material started peeling in multiple spots. When I contacted customer service they basically said tough luck because I didn't report it within 30 days. The product is junk and their customer service is even worse. I'll pay extra for something from a different brand that actually stands behind what they sell.
I ordered on January 4th but then changed my mind and wanted a refund since I didn't realize this wasn't the official store. My account somehow didn't exist under the email I registered with and my order number was buried in my spam folder. I emailed them three separate times about this but got the same generic response each time and then nothing after that. When I finally found the order number and sent it over they never replied and never processed any refund. I actually started thinking the site itself might be fake and honestly at this point I wouldn't be shocked if it was.
Previously ordered from them without issues but my recent experience was awful. Ordered a couple weeks before Christmas right after the sales and the package got stuck in the system waiting to be sent to the courier. Three weeks went by with absolutely nothing from them. I know the holidays are busy but there was zero communication, the delivery date kept changing from December 23rd to just vague updates, and emails got auto-responses from a bot. My bank had to step in and force a refund since we were at almost four weeks with no package and no real updates. Something is seriously wrong with their operation.
Awful experience with this company. They marked my package as delivered when it never actually arrived. I sent them five emails trying to get help and heard nothing back from anyone. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get my money back. Don't bother with them.

Order from Loungefly and you might regret it. I went through their European distributor Funko and realized minutes after ordering that I'd picked the wrong thing. I emailed immediately to cancel. The package still arrived 8 days later and only then did I get an email from customer service saying they were looking into my cancellation request. Way too late for that email now. I'm still waiting to hear back on how to return the item.

Placed an order on the Loungefly Europe site on October 9th and paid £9 for express delivery. Got tracking information right away showing the package was ready for courier pickup according to DHL too. Since it was my wife's birthday on October 18th I wanted it to arrive by then. Between days 4 and 7 I used their live chat and sent emails. Day 7 I finally got a response saying they'd send a replacement and to watch for tracking in an email. Now it's day 9 and there's still no email from them. DHL just says shipment info was received and Loungefly's tracking shows awaiting carrier pickup instead of an actual delivery date. All I have is money missing from my account.
I bought a Hocus Pocus backpack and matching wallet back in 2022 and paid quite a bit for them even on sale. As a big fan I thought it would be worth the investment. Recently the image on the front started fading and I noticed some of Winifred's hair actually peeled off the material. For what I paid, especially with the Disney name attached, I expected way better quality. I reached out to Funko since they apparently handle Loungefly issues but got bounced around to different departments before they basically told me to reach out online because they don't know how to fix it themselves. So I'm just stuck with a damaged bag I paid for. I won't be buying another Loungefly product or telling anyone else to either. A company this size should do better.
The quality control on these products is terrible. What I received looked like factory seconds that were defective and poorly constructed. Their solution was to give me a discount code for future purchases instead of fixing the actual problem. How is that helpful? That discount couldn't even be used on the order with the defect. The only reason they do this is to force you to buy more stuff. They're using shady tactics when there are better ways to keep customers. Plus the code was locked to my account and only valid for three months. They should just issue proper gift cards instead.
