I can't believe how far this company has fallen. A week before Thanksgiving, I spent $750 on a Wellington roast and eight lobster tails that were supposed to arrive right before Christmas. The roast finally showed up on Christmas Eve, but the pastry was cracked and falling apart. The lobster tails never came. Every time I tried calling customer service, I got a voicemail. Their emails said the tails were definitely included, but the invoice inside the box was ripped in half and only showed information about the steaks. The packaging looked like something someone put together at home. This is my last order with them.
