Sorted by: Most recentGreat experience at first but things have gone downhill. They switched up their filter dimensions and now they don't fit right in my units. I have coverage under warranty though they keep telling me the problem is my installation technique, which doesn't make sense. When I put in the old filters everything works perfectly. The new ones won't even let the door shut properly because they're too large. It's frustrating how much we spend as customers and these big corporations seem to always find ways to take advantage of us.
Really happy with these air cleaners for protecting against COVID and allergies. I got several units from medify to help cut down on COVID exposure, allergens, and viruses floating around. According to their research, the filters capture 99.9% of COVID and other viruses, which is a solid layer of protection. I've definitely noticed my rooms smell cleaner and there's barely any dust buildup. I've tried other brands over time but these stand out because they refresh the air so quickly, basically every 15 minutes. I've got them set up in my bedrooms and workspace. My bedroom unit runs around the clock which might be more than needed. I switch out the filters twice a year since mine are always going, and there's a handy indicator light that tells you when it's time to replace them. It's a top notch product and the customer service team has been really helpful. Would definitely recommend.
