The glasses themselves are excellent, but good luck if something goes wrong and you're outside the US. Any respectable eyewear company should offer replacement lenses since they get scratched over time, especially for pilots. Randolph won't sell you replacement lenses and insists you ship the whole pair back for repairs. Being located overseas makes this basically impossible. Swapping out lenses isn't complicated and should be standard service for international buyers. I'm moving on to a brand that actually values their customers.
Wasn't satisfied with what I bought and decided to return it. The return policy advertised free shipping both ways. Turns out that's only true if you're in the continental US. If you're north of the border in Canada, you're stuck paying for shipping back. The policy really should have been clear about that from the start.
Shipped quickly all the way to Belgium which was great. The glasses are well made and I'm really satisfied with the purchase.
These sunglasses are absolutely stunning and well made. The customer service team is outstanding and really went above and beyond. I'm genuinely thrilled with my purchase and honestly worried I'm going to start collecting every color they make because they're all gorgeous. Really pleased with the whole experience from England.
Never had worse customer service in my life. Skip this company. The sunglasses are okay but if something gets damaged in shipment, they dump it all on you. You already paid premium prices and now you have to spend your time calling shipping companies, tracking packages and arguing with them just to maybe get your order sorted out. I have a couple pairs and honestly they're not worth the high cost combined with the terrible support.
I really thought I'd love these but unfortunately I don't. As someone who flies, I'm meticulous with my eyewear, yet the lenses developed a weird cloudy pattern on the coating. I only cleaned them with proper optical wipes and this still happened. When I reached out, they said lenses have no warranty coverage and wanted $80 to replace them. I switched back to Ray-Ban and honestly couldn't be happier. Randolph's marketing is slick but the actual quality doesn't hold up and they won't take responsibility for defects.
These are genuinely the best sunglasses out there. I've been wearing my Randolph concordes in 23k gold with American Tan lenses for over three years and I absolutely adore them. The brown and tan lenses are fantastic at brightening up gloomy days, which is why I call them my happy glasses. They're incredibly comfy and you can tell right away that the craftsmanship is top notch. Super satisfied and I'm definitely buying from them again.

This is true classic design that won't go out of style. Their support team is fantastic too, friendly and knowledgeable with quick turnaround times. The whole experience was great. It's rare these days to find companies that prioritize lasting quality over cutting costs and shipping manufacturing overseas. I'm willing to spend more for things that stick around, so I'm all in.
