This guy really knows what it means to go the extra mile and deliver great service. Fair prices too, and the work was done right. What I appreciated most was how honest and upfront everything was, which honestly isn't something you see everywhere in this business. As a retired military officer, I've worked with a lot of leaders, and I was genuinely impressed with how he handled things from the moment I walked in. He was warm, welcoming, and got right to checking out my tires. Finding the right tires for my vehicle seemed like it might be impossible, but he made it happen and even went to the warehouse himself to grab them and get them installed the same day. That saved me both time and money. While I was waiting, I actually watched him jump in and do oil changes on four other vehicles with his sleeves rolled up. Frankly, any company would be lucky to have someone like him on their team.

Stopped by the shop because I was having trouble with one of my tires and couldn't have been happier with how it went. The tech was super friendly and easy to talk to. He fixed the valve, looked over all my tires, and gave me some really helpful tips. Both my husband and I will be going back because the whole experience was just excellent. I'd tell anyone to check them out. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Picked up our Volvo XC90 from the shop and my wife took it out for about 10 miles without any problems. Then we got a dashboard warning about the front right parking sensor. When I checked it out, the sensor was completely gone and the front bumper had some serious scratches on it. Pretty clear something happened while they were working on it. I called to talk about it and the mechanic claimed he had video footage of the whole repair but refused to show it to me. Instead he gave me vague responses and basically wouldn't own up to what happened. Feels like he's trying to pull a fast one and dodge responsibility.
