I ordered something but it went to the wrong address. I've reached out to customer service four separate times, and every single time they ask for the same information all over again: my address and phone number. Then they say they'll look into it and disappear. During my most recent call, the rep claimed my order was delivered, so I asked to see proof. They sent a signed note showing the package definitely went to a wrong location. Even with that evidence, they asked me like four more times if I was sure I didn't get it. How would I receive something that was clearly sent somewhere else? Eventually, same old story, they said they'd pass it along to management. Four days later, still no word. It's been almost three weeks since I placed the order. And this wasn't some small purchase either. I spent close to four thousand dollars and they couldn't care less that it went to the wrong place. Really frustrating experience.
Had a poor experience with a cashier named Mabel at the DSO location. She could really use some training on how to treat customers with respect and friendliness. It was disappointing to deal with her.
The fragrances here are amazing and I'm sticking with bath and body works. Really pleased with everything.
