This phone case is absolutely everything I wanted! It's gorgeous with its shimmery aqua color and that beachy mermaid vibe speaks to me. As someone who loves the beach, this was perfect! The protection is excellent but the design is still super adorable. I appreciate the color coverage all around and how simple it was to install on my phone. Really impressed with how the camera cutout lets the orange on my phone shine through. The whole look matches perfectly together. My previous Casely case lasted forever, so I'm confident this one will be just as great.

I had my doubts about whether the colors would look washed out, but I'm thrilled because they're way brighter and more vivid than expected! The look is fantastic. I even dropped my phone from my bed and it was totally fine - the protection is solid. The sides are a bit slippery since it's smooth, but my kid and I decorated them with some sparkles and now they've got better traction.

I wish I could rate this lower. Casely is a complete mess pretending to be a legitimate company. I bought two standard cases - nothing fancy, no customization. Yet here we are, nearly a week later and they haven't even shipped my order. All I've got is a bogus tracking number showing "label created," which apparently means they printed a sticker and then ghosted my order. It's clear they couldn't care less whether you ever get your stuff. Their so-called customer service is pathetic. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and just regurgitated messages blaming USPS. Come on, the postal service can't lose something you never handed off to them in the first place. My order is probably gathering dust in their warehouse while employees waste time on social media instead of actually packing boxes. They claim "ships in 1 business day" but don't actually follow through. That's straight-up false advertising. This company isn't quick, isn't trustworthy, and isn't truthful. They're basically an Instagram shop with pretty marketing but zero actual integrity. Looks good on the surface but nothing behind it. It's obvious they don't value their customers, don't keep their promises, and frankly just don't ship orders. The only reason I got any action was because I had to reach out myself. I'm pretty sure they'd still be ignoring my order if I hadn't made a fuss.

Everyone at school keeps asking me about my phone case with the built-in power pad. It looks amazing and makes sure my phone stays charged throughout the entire day!
