That seemed way too expensive for water, so I asked to speak with a manager and requested my money back since I didn't want it. The employee refused to process a refund. He told me to wait a minute and said he'd handle it. Instead of helping me, he disappeared to the bathroom for about 12 minutes. When he returned, he acted like he was refunding my payment on the register but the money never actually went back to my card.
We visit this place for dine-in meals roughly once monthly and haven't experienced a single problem. Staff is friendly, quality is solid, and the prices seem fair. However, my last two drive-thru visits were completely different stories. First time through the window, we got home and realized items were missing from our order. I called multiple times over an hour trying to reach someone but couldn't get through. Thinking it was just bad luck, we tried the drive-thru again today. Same problem occurred - missing items and incorrect items in the bag. Called again and got the same result - no one picked up. If you're going here, stick to eating inside where service is consistent. The drive-thru seems unreliable unless you're just grabbing party burritos.
