What Shoppers Say About Liquid Death Mountain Water
Liquid Death Mountain Water is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 6 shoppers, with all reviews giving one star. Shoppers report significant dissatisfaction with product reformulation, particularly the switch to Stevia as a sweetener, which customers say has degraded the taste compared to the original formula. Multiple reviewers also cite pricing concerns, describing the product as overpriced for what is essentially carbonated water, and some question whether the product delivers on its flavor promises.
Beyond product complaints, shoppers have reported serious fulfillment and customer service issues. Several customers describe long shipping delays, lack of communication about order status, and unresponsive support when attempting to resolve problems. Additionally, one reviewer reported a negative experience with a paid review program, claiming their submitted review was not published and follow-up communication from the company was dismissive. One review makes health claims about aluminum that are not consistent with scientific consensus.

Sorted by: Most recentThey completely ruined what used to be an amazing drink by switching to Stevia. The taste is nothing like before - it's basically a different product now and it tastes awful. On top of that, they stopped selling the tall boys in multi-packs. These two decisions alone have pushed away loyal customers like me. It's disappointing because they had something perfect and just needed to leave it alone. In N Out has the right idea - they've kept their menu the same for decades because when you nail something, you don't mess with it. I'm not sure what the parent company was thinking with their strategy, but it clearly backfired. There are already plenty of stevia-flavored drinks out there, so I'll just grab one of those instead.
Not worth the hype or the price tag. This is just soda water in a fancy can that costs way too much.
I'm confused about the whole concept here. It's literally just carbonated water with barely any mango flavor. What am I missing?
I placed an order for a zip-up hoodie and waited forever for it to ship. I sent an email asking what was going on and they gave me a tracking number, but days passed and nothing actually shipped. I followed up again and got the same generic apology about inconvenience. When I pressed for real answers, they finally admitted they didn't even have my size in stock anymore. I'd been waiting three weeks without them bothering to tell me it was out of stock. That's terrible customer service. As an international customer, it feels like they just don't care about people outside the US. I genuinely love this brand, so it's frustrating that they're not doing their job properly.
Selling empty containers in aluminum that's literally toxic to our bodies and health. The aluminum itself is poisonous to living things and this whole product is a scam designed to slowly harm us while making money off of it.
I was asked to write an honest review through a third party, with payment that would be released once the company posted it on their site. After waiting a week without seeing it published, I reached out and the response I got had a pretty rude tone, but they promised it would go up that night or the next day. It's been almost three weeks now and my review still hasn't appeared anywhere. I'm guessing they only feature the five-star reviews and buried mine because I gave three stars instead. The shirt I ordered didn't come with any size chart or care tags either, which is unacceptable. The company might be newer, but that doesn't justify being deceptive about how they handle reviews and basic product information. If they can keep adding new merchandise to the site, they can definitely post honest customer feedback and include proper details about their products. Plus, their customer service attitude needs serious work.
