Generally speaking, the food is delicious and straightforward to make. The problem is that our weekly deliveries consistently arrive with missing or spoiled items. Our most recent box was missing two ingredients for a single meal AND came with the wrong recipe card. For what we're paying per box, this is unacceptable. We've decided to reduce our orders to every other week. We signed up because we wanted convenience, but unfortunately these boxes haven't lived up to that promise. The company really needs to tighten up their quality assurance processes.
