I kept seeing all these comments online about people making homemade vanilla extract, so I figured I'd test it out myself. Didn't want to break the bank, and these beans hit the spot price-wise. The vacuum sealed packaging was nice, and when I opened them up they smelled amazing and felt really fresh. You could tell the oils were intact and they were a good size overall. Really looking forward to whipping up my first batch and finally understanding what all the buzz is about.
