Extremely frustrated with how customer service handled my situation. They came across as unhelpful and frankly rude, which I didn't expect. My package got lost in transit with FedEx, and when I contacted them, they said only the seller can file a claim. So I reached out asking customer service to file it and process my refund. They told me I'd have to wait fifteen days, which feels unreasonable since the package is clearly lost.
Disappointing customer service experience. I bought Easter pajamas during their sale for my kids, but they ended up being too big. When I asked about swapping them for a smaller size, I was told exchanges aren't available. Instead, they wanted me to send everything back and purchase a new pair at regular price, plus cover extra shipping costs just to get the right size.
Really let down by the whole thing, from the product to the delivery. I ordered Christmas pajamas on December 3rd and didn't get them until December 23rd, which was way too late to enjoy them throughout the month. I got six matching sets for the whole family. The fit runs huge, and the fabric feels rougher and less comfortable than I expected. I'm pretty sure I won't be ordering their PJs again.
