The color ended up being more brown than the black I ordered. I wanted to send it back, but when I asked about returning it, they told me I'd have to cover the shipping cost myself. That's when I realized they had no intention of giving me a refund. There's no way I'm ordering from them ever again, and I'd strongly encourage anyone thinking about it to look at the other reviews first. This is not a reliable place to buy from.
Got my wig in after waiting several weeks, and I was really disappointed with what showed up. The length fell short of the 10 inches promised, and the hair felt super thin throughout. When I reached out to customer service about a refund, they asked me to send pictures and video showing the measurements and thickness. I complied with their request right away. Their response blamed me for not stretching the wig enough to reach the listed length, which I found frustrating since I've never had to do that with any wig before. They offered me $20 off as a gesture, but I turned it down because the product just wasn't what I paid for or what was shown to me. Then they bumped it to $25 off, which I also declined. The wig was nowhere near the quality I expected, and the measurements didn't match the advertising. I won't be ordering from them again and can't recommend their products to anyone who cares about getting what they actually pay for.
