Got hacked and Ubisoft won't do anything about it Back in early August, I realized someone had broken into my Ubisoft account and changed the email address tied to it without permission. I tried everything to prove the account was mine, I showed them my Steam purchase history, payment receipts, and even explained that my Steam account got compromised too but I was able to fix that one. Ubisoft customer service keeps sending me the same unhelpful responses saying they can't confirm I'm the real owner, which makes no sense given all the documentation I sent them. I can still access my games through Steam, so at least that works, but my Ubisoft profile is stuck connected to the hacker's email and I'm completely locked out of managing any account settings or disconnecting it from there. This is really disappointing because Ubisoft is such a huge company yet they don't seem to have any real way to handle security issues or talk to an actual person who can verify stuff properly. Steam figured out my problem and got back to me right away and with real solutions, Ubisoft could learn something from how they do things. All I'm asking for is to get my account back in my control, or if that's not possible, just delete the whole thing.
