They shipped my package through UPS, but whenever I attempt to access the UPS website to track it, the page just keeps loading and never actually loads even after waiting hours. Something fishy is definitely going on here.
Honestly, I'm concerned this might be a scam. The email verification works fine and I get the code without issues. However, when I try to verify my phone number, the text messages never show up. Instead I keep getting an error message that says "match the requested format" which makes zero sense to me.
Don't shop here. My package got held up in a warehouse and UPS needed to reach out to the seller for more information, but they never got a response. Eventually UPS sent the shipment back to the company, yet they refused to listen to my requests asking them to sort things out with UPS. Even though the package came back to them, they still won't give me my money back. I'm out almost $90 because of how they handled this and their awful support. I'm planning to take this further, but for now I'd strongly tell everyone to stay away from them.
