Avoid ordering from Canada - seriously. I'm based in Canada and placed an order about three weeks back. I paid almost $100 extra for expedited shipping, and my package still hasn't shown up. The company advertises 3-5 day delivery for that premium option, but when I reached out asking where my stuff was, they told me it would take twice as long. It's frustrating to pay a premium price and then get told the timeline is basically double what was promised. Since the product never arrived, I can't even comment on the quality. This experience has made me decide not to shop with them again.

Watch out - their reviews aren't what they seem. According to what their support team told me, they filter out negative reviews that customers post on their website instead of letting them go live. When you try to leave critical feedback, they treat it like a customer service inquiry rather than actually publishing your review. That explains why their site is full of positive ratings. Unfortunately I bought based on those filtered reviews, which feels like false marketing. My actual experience was rough. Two days after I started taking their Prebiotic and Probiotic along with the Digestive Enzymes, I developed a really uncomfortable and persistent need to urinate with a painful burning sensation. It went on for about five hours straight. I was stuck on a ninety-minute drive back home at the time, so I had to stop at public restrooms constantly, every fifteen minutes or so. The company wouldn't issue a refund.
