Decided to take a shot with this outfit after struggling to find a large hanging basket anywhere else. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Got my order confirmation email right away, and tracking showed up in my inbox the very next day. My package arrived within about seven days. The hanging basket is exactly what I was hoping for. Really pleased with how this turned out.
I've got some serious concerns about the staff there. One of the younger employees who answers phones needs some training because he was pretty rude to me and didn't seem to know what was going on. I called to check on my order status in early October and a lady said it would ship the next day. But when I called back a few days later, this guy told me it had already shipped two weeks prior, which made no sense since I just placed the order! To make matters worse, they can't locate any shipping records or give me a tracking number. The company seems confused about whether my package ever actually left their facility. This is the third time I've ordered this same product from them this summer, and at this point it's clear they've got some serious operational problems they need to fix.
