Had an issue with my wybot c1 unit. Went back and forth with their support team via email, but they were really helpful about it. Sent the robot back and received a brand new replacement. Great service from their customer support team.

Ordered a pool robot C1 and it arrived completely non-functional. When I tried to return it, I had to pay shipping out of my own pocket. Their team keeps giving me the runaround with excuses and won't do anything about it. No repairs, no replacement unit, and definitely no refund coming my way. Takes them weeks just to respond to messages and what they say doesn't make any sense. Would strongly recommend staying away from this company. Their website is filled with reviews that don't seem legitimate.
