Sorted by: Most recentMy $500 Melrose frames started deteriorating after about a year of use. The retailer stepped in and sent replacements, but they were nothing like the originals. The color was completely different, and the trim was gold instead of black. I reached out to the manufacturer asking if they could send me a matching pair in black and white or repair my original frames. Their response was to only work through the retailer, and then they cut off all communication with me. The customer service was terrible and the quality was disappointing for the price. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
These folks really back what they sell! Got a pair of their Canby Wood frames back in April 2022 and wear them all the time. One day one of the hinges snapped and I couldn't use them anymore. I emailed customer service to explain what happened, and to my surprise they agreed to replace them for free even though my warranty had expired. I'm sure this isn't the case for everyone, but I was really impressed that they stood behind their product. The glasses themselves are excellent quality and reasonably priced, plus the support team is fantastic.
