What Shoppers Say About Judith March
Judith March is rated 1.1 out of 5 by 17 shoppers, with the overwhelming majority expressing significant dissatisfaction. Reviewers consistently report that clothing quality is poor relative to pricing, with complaints about thin materials, cheap iron-on graphics that bubble or misalign, and overall construction that does not justify the $150 price point. Additional grievances include shipping delays that exceed stated timelines (orders taking weeks beyond the promised 14-day window), unresponsive customer service, and restrictive return policies that deny refunds in favor of store credit only, with return and exchange fees applied.
Severe frustration centers on the company's refund policy and return process. Shoppers report discovering at checkout that refunds are not available, that returns incur fees despite yielding only store credit rather than refunds, and that customer service dismisses complaints about missed delivery windows. Several reviewers noted shipping took longer than advertised despite paying expedited rates, and the company reportedly attributed delays to weekend closures rather than offering compensation. The cumulative effect of poor product quality, high pricing, delivery failures, and inflexible return terms has left shoppers feeling misled and regretting their purchases.

Sorted by: Most recentReally regret not looking into this company before buying. The cardigan I got is paper thin, and the graphic on the back looks like it was stuck on by a kid. I'd love to return it because it's worth maybe $15, not $150. The whole thing is ridiculous.
The quality of the clothing is really bad. The ads look AI-generated too. You don't find out until checkout that refunds aren't an option, and they charge you to return or exchange items - but you only get store credit. Why would anyone want credit at a store selling low-quality stuff? They also delete negative comments about their products from social media.
Got this puffer jacket in the mail and the ironed-on graphic was all bubbly and positioned too low on the back. For what I paid, I wasn't expecting some cheaply ironed-on design. The jacket material itself is decent quality, but slapping a $150 price tag on something with a basic iron-on image seems wrong.
Bought two hats and paid an extra hundred dollars for two-day shipping. It took five days to show up anyway. When I asked for a refund since they didn't deliver as promised, they said they don't operate on weekends and should have gone with FedEx overnight if I wanted it faster. But there was no overnight option shown - two-day was the fastest shipping available and I already paid over double what FedEx overnight would cost. Their site didn't mention they don't work weekends or that shipping timing starts from a business day. Even accounting for that, they still missed their two-day promise and made excuses. The prices are already sky-high for mediocre products, and their service made it worse. Stay away from this place.
Terrible experience. The merchandise quality is awful. You can't get real money back, only store credit. I ordered this on November 29th and just got it. Absolutely terrible.
This business is the worst. Orders take way longer than their stated 14 day shipping window, and they won't throw in any discount or free shipping as an apology. The stuff they sell is cheap and overpriced at the same time. Their customer service is equally bad and useless. I'm done with them. I ordered Christmas items on November 23rd and it's mid-December with no shipment yet. All they told me was to be patient with no actual delivery date.
Recently got an order that really let me down. The quality just wasn't there for the price I paid. When I tried to work out a solution, they wouldn't give me a refund for my money - just store credit. Even worse, they subtracted the original shipping cost from that credit, so I basically paid money just to get a disappointing product. Their customer service was also tough to reach and not particularly helpful. If you're thinking about ordering, I'd seriously look at other options first. Might save you trouble and cash down the road.
I splurged on this shirt because the design was adorable. Once it arrived, I realized it's made from the cheapest, most unattractive material. I went to their site looking for return info, saw a link that said 'click here,' but it doesn't work. Guess I'm out eighty bucks. This is a hard lesson learned.
The return policy here is basically nonexistent. They advertise 'unlimited returns and exchanges' all over the site and at checkout, which makes you think you're totally protected - but that's misleading. I dropped over a thousand dollars on multiple hats, shoes, and clothing items to try on for an upcoming event, planning to return whatever didn't work out. Turns out nothing worked. I got store credit that's useless to me. Meanwhile they get to keep brand new merchandise AND my money. This feels like a scam.
Bought two items from this store for my daughter's birthday, and she wanted to send them back. Getting return labels was such a pain. She packed both orders together in a single box and taped one label on the outside while putting the other inside with the items. I'm still waiting for the credit on that second return. And here's the kicker - they only give you store credit, not actual money back. When I called them out on it, they claimed the returns team doesn't actually go through boxes, they just toss everything in a pile. That makes zero sense. How can you process returns without checking what's in the package? These clothes cost $250 and up, so you'd think they'd care more. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
