They claim to be top of the line but my experience says otherwise. I called to buy a tuning program and was told it would arrive within a day or two. Seven days later, I'm still waiting for that program. It took me less time to rebuild the engine than to get a tune file from these guys. And good luck trying to reach anyone by phone because they just push you toward their website and some useless chatbot. It's pretty ridiculous.

Calling their support team was a complete waste of my time. I work at a dealership and reached out for some technical guidance, but all I got was disrespect and attitude. The person I spoke with basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and shut down the conversation. This is genuinely the worst support experience I've had from any company. I ended up solving the problem myself because clearly I knew more than whoever answered the phone. I was just hoping for a bit of help, but that was my mistake. Their professionalism is nonexistent, and I'm going to be steering all my customers away from them. They honestly deserve worse than one star.

Purchased a power vision 3 tuner for my Can-Am Ryker 900 and got absolutely zero results. The bike runs exactly the same as before I installed it. This product didn't deliver any of what was promised. Would strongly advise anyone looking at this to look elsewhere instead.

I bought a powervision tuner for my Harley M8 and discovered that Dynojet only makes three map options available, and none of them actually work for my specific bike.
