Dynojet Research Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Dynojet Research
Dynojet Research receives uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with every review rating the company at one star. Customers report significant issues across multiple areas: refunds are processed slowly and sometimes arrive short of the full amount paid, customer support is difficult to reach and dismissive when contacted, and product delivery is delayed well beyond stated timeframes. Additionally, several reviewers note that products failed to deliver promised performance results, with limited customization options available for specific vehicle models.
The complaints suggest systemic problems with customer service responsiveness, order fulfillment speed, and technical support quality. Shoppers describe support staff as unhelpful and disrespectful, with one reviewer who works in the automotive industry noting particularly poor treatment when seeking technical guidance. These consistent patterns across multiple independent reviews indicate serious operational and service challenges that prospective customers should consider before purchasing.

Sorted by: Most recentBought a tuner online but discovered it would actually cancel out my bike's warranty, so I sent it back for a Harley approved model instead. The refund took forever to process, and when the money finally showed up in my account, it was $100 short of what I paid. I've tried reaching out through email and phone calls repeatedly but nobody gets back to me. The whole experience has been a frustrating mess with their customer service team.
They claim to be top of the line but my experience says otherwise. I called to buy a tuning program and was told it would arrive within a day or two. Seven days later, I'm still waiting for that program. It took me less time to rebuild the engine than to get a tune file from these guys. And good luck trying to reach anyone by phone because they just push you toward their website and some useless chatbot. It's pretty ridiculous.
Calling their support team was a complete waste of my time. I work at a dealership and reached out for some technical guidance, but all I got was disrespect and attitude. The person I spoke with basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and shut down the conversation. This is genuinely the worst support experience I've had from any company. I ended up solving the problem myself because clearly I knew more than whoever answered the phone. I was just hoping for a bit of help, but that was my mistake. Their professionalism is nonexistent, and I'm going to be steering all my customers away from them. They honestly deserve worse than one star.
Purchased a power vision 3 tuner for my Can-Am Ryker 900 and got absolutely zero results. The bike runs exactly the same as before I installed it. This product didn't deliver any of what was promised. Would strongly advise anyone looking at this to look elsewhere instead.
I bought a powervision tuner for my Harley M8 and discovered that Dynojet only makes three map options available, and none of them actually work for my specific bike. When I contacted the company for help, they were completely unhelpful and basically dismissed my concerns. Skip this brand and find something better.
