Sorted by: Most recentThe actual product itself is solid, but my experience with their service was really disappointing. After about a year, one ear on my headphones stopped working. Since they came with a 2-year warranty, I reached out to customer support. They told me I'd get a replacement within 7-15 business days, which seemed reasonable. When I asked for a tracking number, they said I'd get it in 2-3 days. Well, it's been 5 days now and still nothing. I've messaged them multiple times trying to follow up, but I'm not getting any responses. The headphones themselves are fine, but the customer service here is really frustrating and not what I was hoping for.
These headphones arrived in rough condition. The packaging was badly damaged, covered in dirt and dust, and completely bent out of shape. Because of this, the left speaker started making a crackling noise. When I shake them, I can hear something loose inside the left driver rattling around. Plus, whenever I open up the headband, there's a cracking sound coming from the left side. I contacted EKSA for help, but they weren't interested in assisting me even though they claim to stand behind customer satisfaction and offer a 2-year warranty. This whole thing has been a letdown. Anyone shopping with them should know that their packaging is pretty poor with barely any protective padding. I can't really comment on sound quality since the unit came defective from the start.
