Nothing functions properly, not even their supposed customer service chatbot. Your only option is calling your credit card company and getting them involved.
Genuinely AWESOME. Blows my old Sony stuff out of the water and beats my Echo Studios at half the cost. My only real complaint is the Bluetooth stays active even when I'm not using it, but honestly that's pretty minor.
Big warning here. I ordered two speakers with expedited shipping on November 29th and expected them by December 2nd. Only one arrived on the 4th. After hours spent on the phone and online, getting told they were still investigating, it's now the 24th with zero resolution. All they're doing is requesting an internal team to ship a replacement if they approve it. How can they not even tell you what was shipped or if the second speaker was ever sent at all? I've had my money since the 29th and still don't have my order. Nothing but excuses and empty promises. The products are just okay anyway, but this company is seriously unethical. Do not buy from their website. They couldn't care less about their customers. So much for a holiday season.
