Absolutely terrible experience. Decided to order online for Easter dinner after some coworkers from out of state raved about how great the BBQ is here. Placed my order and got charged right away, but that's where things stopped. My food never showed up, nobody sent me an email, I didn't get a single phone call, and there was zero explanation about what happened. Based on this disaster, I'm guessing their actual food might be decent, but their service certainly isn't. Maybe dining in at the restaurant works better, though I've been seeing comments from other people online that suggest that might not be much of an improvement either. And let me just add that their pricing is absolutely outrageous for what you get.
