I cracked open the beef and chicken options without realizing Amazon has that no-returns policy on pet food. When I reached out to Pawstruck and shared my order details, they totally took care of me with a full refund and just asked me to give the food to a local shelter or rescue instead of shipping it back. Seriously impressive how they handled it. Their food comes in these air-dried crunchy pieces, which seemed like it would be perfect since my dogs like to mess with their kibble a bit before actually eating it. The ingredient list is really solid, so it's just that the smell apparently isn't appealing to my picky pups.
