What Shoppers Say About equi.life
equi.life has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all reviews rating the service at one star. The most serious complaints center on unreliable test results: multiple reviewers report receiving inaccurate findings that contradicted results from certified labs or their own medical tests. Customers describe results showing elevated levels for substances like mercury, aluminum, sodium, and potassium that were later confirmed as normal by independent testing. Beyond testing accuracy, shoppers also report significant customer service failures, including test results disappearing from the system, multi-week delays in receiving results without response to inquiries, and inadequate notification before subscription renewals.
Additional complaints mention that the company may use questionable test findings to promote its own supplement products, raising concerns about the legitimacy of both the testing and product recommendations. Shoppers also report disappointment with the quality and effectiveness of products like magnesium and protein powder. No positive aspects of the service were mentioned across the reviewed purchases.

Sorted by: Most recentWould give negative stars if possible! I went back to check my test results and they were just gone from the system. Initially they showed my heavy metals were normal but my magnesium was low, so I got a proper blood test done. My levels came back totally fine, and I'm already taking magnesium supplements anyway. This is a complete scam. Don't believe anything they tell you about your results!
Still waiting nearly two months for my test results. I've called multiple times and sent emails requesting status updates but get no response. The results don't even show as received in my online account. This company refuses to follow up with customers.
Major scam using bogus test results to push products. The Heavy Metals panel came back with completely inaccurate findings. I'd just had my blood work done and my sodium and potassium were perfectly normal. Somehow EquiLife said they were elevated, which doesn't make any sense. They also flagged my aluminum as high, but I have zero confidence in that result given how wrong everything else was.
Misleading and unreliable testing. My daughter had a hair analysis done to check for toxic metal exposure. The results from EquiLife indicated dangerously high Mercury and Aluminum levels, which was really alarming. Good thing we were skeptical and sent a sample to an actual certified lab instead. Their test showed completely normal levels for both metals. This company appears to be using fake results just to push their products on people.
Avoid this company at all costs. I signed up for their subscription service and ordered their magnesium and protein powder. Both products were disappointing and didn't work as advertised. The subscription renewal happened without proper warning either - I got an email saying my order had already shipped! A legitimate business would send a notification several days before charging you so you can opt out if needed. To make matters worse, they processed my items as separate orders on the same day and charged me shipping twice! When I asked about redirecting one package using UPS services (which is totally possible), they refused. I tried canceling the second order but they shipped it anyway instead of stopping it. The customer service here is awful and their business practices are even worse. The prices are way too high for what you're getting. I really thought I was buying quality products but that's clearly not the case. Using their magnesium supplement actually left me deficient, so the ingredients must be really low grade. Their protein powder won't mix properly, tastes bad, and doesn't absorb into your system right. EquiLife is straight up taking advantage of customers.
