Pretty frustrated with this order. I bought gravel for my water filter system and was told the next day they were getting it ready to ship. That was 10 days ago and nothing has happened. I sent them a message asking what's going on and got zero response. I'm trying to cancel the whole thing. Their prices aren't terrible but the way they handle shipping is unacceptable. Only buy from here if you don't mind waiting forever.
Watch out for the hot water housings on this website. There's a manufacturer recall on them due to performance issues. The company was informed about this but still keeps selling these units. The actual manufacturer is different from what's being advertised.

Really let down by this company. If you order through Amazon, you get free shipping and free returns, but these guys don't offer that even though I've spent several hundred dollars with them over time. It's disappointing that they don't value customer loyalty the same way bigger retailers do.
Don't waste your money here. This company refuses to stand behind what they sell. I bought 4 ceramic filters, used a couple, and stored the other 2 for later. Two years went by, and when I went to use them, both filters were shattered from how they were shipped. I asked for replacements but they said no because too long had passed. That's on them for packing everything so poorly. There are way better options out there like other filter retailers that actually take care of their customers. Skip this place.
Bought two wrenches that are supposed to work with my water filter housing. I gave them all the housing specs and they still shipped the wrong size. I sent them a message with pictures showing the new wrench, my old one, and the actual housing, but they've completely ignored me. I've reached out five different times and haven't gotten a single response.
Very disappointed with this purchase. My order went through on January 19th and my card was charged right away, but then they told me items weren't available and to be patient. I'm located internationally and had to use a Miami forwarding service. The order didn't show up there until February 27th, and I had to pay extra to get it forwarded to me. When I finally got my filters last week, I discovered the wing nut won't thread onto their mount properly. Good thing I had spare wing nuts from my old filters that work instead, otherwise all four filters would have been completely useless. Since I live overseas, returning them is basically impossible. This manufacturing defect makes me seriously question whether these filters are even safe to use.
